History & Growth
In Shuklaganj, Saraswati Vidya Mandir was launched in the building of Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Gopinathpuram in 1986 with an initial intake of just 22 students for class 6. In 1999 the school moved to its own private building and operated classes from 6 to 10. Today around 2009 boys and girls receive education from class 6 through 12.
Over the years the school expanded its facilities: as of now a total of 50 teaching rooms, 6 laboratories, a large playground and four administrative rooms have been constructed. The campus houses separate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with an Atal Tinkering Lab and a dedicated Computer Lab.
The school achieved recognition for junior high special category in 1990 from the U.P. Government. Subsequently, in 1998 the school received recognition for high school science classes (including Biology) and in 2002 for Intermediate Science classes. Consistent academic performance has led to the school being placed in category 'A' by the Director of Secondary Education.

भारतीय संस्कारों से युक्त शिक्षा पद्धति के अनुरूप संपूर्ण देश में कार्यरत विद्या भारती एक अखिल भारतीय संस्था है। इसके मार्गदर्शन में भारतीय शिक्षा समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश कार्यरत है, जिसने शिक्षा जगत में सेवा करते हुए 40 वर्ष पूरे कर लिए हैं। यह विद्यालय विद्या भारती से संबद्ध माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद (उत्तर प्रदेश) से मान्यता प्राप्त है।
